- Your listing is also syndicated to numerous other sites like Realtor.com, Yahoo.com, Homes.com, Trulia.com, Movoto.com, Zillow.com and many more.
- Potential buyers or the buyer’s real estate agent will call you and you show your home.
- If the buyer comes with no agent, you pay no commissions at all!
- If the buyer comes with an agent, you pay a minimum commission of 2% to 3% at closing to that agent’s company only.
- Your home is sold and you are happy!
My Flat Fee Listing Service for $395.00 is a great service, and you can sell your home at your pace without a Listing Agent. There are other optional services available for an additional fee from our Full Service program like custom flyers, a custom website for your home, lead capturing signs, pricing and marketing strategy, assistance with home preparation and contract negotiation. If you do need Full Service and do not want to handle showing your own home, I can represent you as your Listing Agent and you will not have to take any phone calls from buyers or their agents and you will not have to show the home yourself.
